4 final modules: etiquette, ethics, your action plan, and graduation. Today you walk out of the bootcamp with a printed plan and a road map for the next 90 days.
You've made it to the last day. Today is about the things that keep the job once you've landed it โ how you carry yourself, how you handle tough calls, and how you map out the next 90 days so today doesn't go to waste. Four modules, lots of hands-on practice, and take-home printables.
First impressions get you hired. Etiquette is how you stay hired โ and how you get promoted. Today we're locking in the 5 pillars and running 6 real-life scenarios you WILL face in your first 90 days on a job.
Etiquette is just respect made visible. It's the way you treat people, time, and the tools your employer is paying for. You don't need to be the most talented person on the team to stand out โ you need to be the easiest one to work with.
Employers will forgive you for being new. They will not forgive you for being rude, late, or hard to trust. Get the basics right and you'll outlast people who are smarter than you.
6 things that will absolutely happen to you. Pick what you'd do โ get instant feedback. There's a coach's note after each one. Be honest. This is your safe place to mess up.
Fill in five quick fields. We'll generate a personalized note you can send within 24 hours of any interview โ copy it to your phone, print it, mail it, whatever.
Check the ones you already do. The unchecked ones are your homework before your next lunch interview.
15-question reflection, dining checklist, and a thank-you note worksheet you can practice on. Print it and keep it in your job-search binder.
Ethics isn't a fancy word. It's just: what do you do when nobody's watching? The hardest part of any job isn't the work โ it's the small moments where doing the right thing costs you something. Today we walk through 6 of those moments and lock in your personal code.
Ethics = doing what's right even when it's hard, slow, or unpopular. It's not a feeling โ it's a habit. Every job will test you. Small tests come first: showing up on time, not lying on a timesheet, not gossiping. Pass the small ones and the big ones get easier.
People remember how you act under pressure. One slip can cost you a reference for the next 10 years. One good call can earn you a mentor for life.
6 real workplace situations. For each one, pick what most people would do (easy thing) or what the right thing is. Then click Coach's take to see why. There's no judgment โ be honest with yourself.
Three things you refuse to do at work, no matter what. Write them down, print them out, put them somewhere you'll see them on a hard Monday.
10 written dilemmas + reflection prompts. Use it the next time you're stuck on a tough call โ work through it on paper before you act.
Most people leave a class fired up โ and forget everything by Friday. We're not doing that. You'll leave today with a real plan: a big goal, three checkpoints, the skills you'll keep sharpening, your support crew, and one weekly habit. Print it. Stick it on your fridge.
New Year's resolutions fail because a year is too far away. 90 days is short enough to feel urgent and long enough to actually move. It's also exactly how long most jobs evaluate you before deciding if you're staying or going. So we're going to build a plan that matches how the real world works.
The trick is checkpoints. A goal at day 90 with nothing in between is just a wish. Day 30, day 60, day 90 โ that's a plan.
Pick ONE thing. Be specific. "Have a job" is okay โ "Be 60 days into a job I don't hate, with at least $200 saved" is better.
Three checkpoints. Each one should be something measurable โ not a vibe.
Pick one thing from each day to keep working on. Don't try to do all of it โ just one win per category.
Nobody does this alone. Pick three people now. Not later. Now. Text them today.
Habits compound. Pick ONE small thing you'll do every week, no excuses, for the next 90 days.
A blank version you can fill out on paper โ use it again at day 90 to start your next 90 days. This is a tool you'll use for the rest of your career.
You showed up. Six days. You did the work. You wrote stuff down. You made plans. You answered questions that don't have easy answers. That's not nothing. That's everything.
Today's final module is a celebration AND a memory bank. We'll recap the whole bootcamp, capture your big wins, and write a letter to future-you. Let's go.
Three things you did THIS WEEK that you're proud of. Not "graduated" โ be specific.
Write to yourself, 90 days from now. What do you want to remember? What do you want to tell that person? Be real โ nobody else has to read this.
If you had to describe how you feel walking out of this bootcamp in ONE word, what would it be?
One reflection sheet per day of the bootcamp + a final "what I'm taking with me" page. Fill it out tonight while it's fresh.
You did it. Six days. Now go change your life โ one Monday morning at a time.
